Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gahiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
User Conduct
Users must interact respectfully. Any attempts to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform, or submit malicious code, will result in immediate termination of access.
Intellectual Property
The content on Gahiz, excluding user-generated code, is owned by Gahiz Inc. You retain ownership of code you write, but grant us a license to use it for feedback and platform improvement.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
1. Subscription and Payments
Pricing for our subscriptions is subject to change. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our refund policy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
2. AI Interviewer Usage
Our AI Interviewer provides mock interview practice and feedback, including personalized scorecards and career readiness insights. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness of AI-generated feedback. Mock interviews are for practice purposes and do not guarantee job placement. You are responsible for your own career decisions.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Gahiz Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gahiz Inc is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
