Your data is used to provide and improve our services, including improving interview quality, generating personalized scorecards, processing transactions, and providing career readiness insights. Our AI interviewer analyzes your interview responses and coding submissions to deliver actionable feedback.
Security Measures
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Your voice is encrypted in transit during interviews and is processed in real time without being stored. Your personal data and interview transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage your account settings within the platform or contact our support team for assistance with data portability or restriction of processing.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data, CV content, interview transcripts, and analytics for the lifetime of your account. Voice audio from interviews is processed in real time and is not stored. When you delete your account, this data is deleted.
6. Third-Party Processors
We use trusted third-party processors to run the voice interview experience: Daily.co (real-time audio transport), Deepgram (speech-to-text), Google Gemini (interview AI and Arabic text-to-speech), and Inworld (English text-to-speech). These providers process interview audio or text only to deliver the service.
7. Withdrawing Consent and Deleting Your Account
Your acceptance of these terms is recorded with the version and date you agreed to. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account, which removes your personal data as described above. Contact us if you need help with data access, portability, or deletion.
