Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, access after cancellation, and refund requests work for Gahiz subscriptions.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your paid subscription before the next renewal date from your account or by contacting support.

Access Until Next Payment Date

After cancellation, your paid service continues until the end of the current billing period. It will not renew after that date.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.

No New Charges After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is confirmed, no further recurring subscription charges will be made unless you subscribe again.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not immediately remove the paid access you already purchased for the current billing period.

2. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, your Pro access remains active until the next payment date or the end of the current billing period. On that date, your account moves to the free plan unless you renew or subscribe again.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because Gahiz provides immediate access to digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period starts. We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported promptly, technical issues that prevented access, or cases required by applicable law.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. If a refund is issued for an active billing period, paid access may end or be adjusted once the refund is processed.

5. Resubscription

You can subscribe again at any time. A new subscription starts a new billing period and renews according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
